Delivering Innovative Solutions- It’s not just about being Creative

Education Events

Richard Branton (Founding Partner and Vice President of Advanced Strategies, Inc.)

“If the pace of change inside the organization is slower than the pace of change outside the organization . . . the end is near.” - Jack Welch, retired CEO, GE
In a world that is constantly moving forward, standing still is a sure way of falling behind. Innovation is not our best hope; it is our only hope for preserving our quality of life in an era of hyper competition. Successful innovation requires transformation. As a Business Analyst, you need to become a ‘go-to thinking partner’ in business transformation and help deliver innovative solutions to your organization’s key imperatives and strategies.
This session will provide an overview of a structured process for delivering innovation, and it is not just about being creative!

Richard is the Founding Partner and Vice President of Advanced Strategies, Inc. He is a speaker, executive coach, facilitator, methodologist and trainer with more than 30 years of experience in enterprise transformation, including strategic planning, business reengineering, change management, portfolio management, governance, and leadership development.

Richard has presented at numerous leadership workshops and executive forums for PMI, IIBA, and for Fortune 200 clients and large government organizations such as HCA, Aflac, Cummins, CDC, and State of New York, to name a few. In addition, Richard has led over four hundred one-on-one executive leadership action planning sessions for C-level executives. Because strategy and organizational structure are so intertwined with an organization’s mission and vision, Richard has developed a deep understanding of a myriad of clients’ directions and culture. Richard makes sure overall missions remain front and center while addressing specific challenges such as the need to deliver innovation in an ever changing and challenging competitive world.
