Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. Explaining the capabilities and limitations of data systems to business managers and users as the project is designed and built. Providing guidance on project scoping to meet stakeholders' requirements.
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Functional Requirements (Business Requirements Document), iii. Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs) Assessing whether data is fit for use by performing initial validation of data delivered as part of the project.
Participate in all required steps of the SDLC process, including but not limited to documentation, testing and implementation. Translate requirements into report specifications. Design reports of moderate complexity, using the corporate reporting standard.
Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Participate and lead in training opportunities as well as conduct self-lead training over relevant topics.
