Business Architect

Job Overview:
The Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System (TCRS) Division is looking for three Business Architects. Each of these positions is responsible for utilizing team-based analysis methodologies in eliciting requirements and developing business solutions for improving system or operational processes while meeting stakeholder expectations. The positions also assist the business in recognizing and analyzing problems and providing assistance in driving the strategic implementation of the solution and perform related work as required.

Business Analyst

Job responsibilities include the following: ​
Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
Perform quality assurance
Define reporting and alerting requirements
Create the design, documents, and system processes
Will interact with many departments including the service layer team, user interface team, ETL developers and data team.
Will be assigned to a high visibility project
Will be required to report status updates to manager

Sr. Business Analyst (IT)

Looking for full-time Sr. Business Analyst (IT) to be responsible for the leadership, facilitation, analysis and documentation tasks necessary to articulate the business' vision and needs to technical stakeholders. It includes analyzing problems, establishing business cases and ROIs, identifying alternative solutions, recommending and implementing systems, and/or enhancements for problem resolution.
